Online Orders

To order online, click the product button and use the directory on the left to select the make and model of your motorcycle. Select the items and add to your shopping cart. Orders completed online and payments cleared before 4PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Secure shopping and checkout provided by Paypal, Direct banking transfer,  Master Card and Visa Card.

Telephone Orders

Phone orders can be placed Monday through Friday, 10AM- 5PM. EST. Give us a call +612 97277819. Orders made before 4PM will be shipped on the following business day. Pitsterpro Australia accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal for phone orders. For mail-in payment Pitsterpro Australia ill accept  Money Orders.

Fax Orders

Fax orders may be placed 24 hours a day at +612 97277821. Please include the following information on all fax orders: Name, shipping address, billing address, complete credit card number including expiration date and 3 digit security code, preferred shipping method, e-mail address and the best contact phone number for any questions regarding your order.

Shipping

A street address is required for all shipments (Courier delivery cannot ship to a PO Box).

International Orders

Return Information Returns

Pitsterpro will gladly accept returned DOA (Dead on arrival) product providing the item was purchased directly from Pitsterpro with the original invoice. All items must be returned in the original package and in new condition.No returns will be accepted on custom products (frame kits, custom bikes, custom parts, engine work, etc.)

Warranty

Pitsterpro Australia provides 1 month factory warranty on engine parts

In no case shall Pitsterpro Australia be liable for incidental or consequential and physical damages.
